There are endless reasons why we should practice yoga

In the course for beginners, you will learn the basics of yoga on 8 consecutive dates. In Hatha Yoga, the focus is on the physical aspect of yoga, primarily the postures (asanas), later breathing techniques (pranayama). Anusara Yoga, the yoga style I teach, includes, among other things, 5 alignment principles along with another 7 loops that refine the principles. The exercises are carried out precisely in this system. Standing positions are at the forefront of the lessons for the time being, but hip openers, bending forward, twisting and back bending are also practiced. Arm balances and reverse postures, however, are then taught in an advanced course. At the end of each unit there is a rest phase in which you learn to relax your body. Bring comfortable clothing and a drink, but mats, blankets, blocks and belts are provided.
