The Prep Course is the perfect introduction for anyone who wants to prepare for the AIDA course system<\/a>. You can attend a one-day introductory course with no prerequisites before the Prep Course or start directly with the course. It is aimed at beginners, people with little water experience, those who feel insecure, and participants with ear problems who want to practice equalizing pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This course focuses on practical training in the water, but also includes exercises on land. You'll learn step by step how to move safely in the water, how to use a mask, snorkel, and long fins, and practice equalization techniques before diving. Together, we'll explore our first dives, for example, at a reef in the style of a fun dive.
