Even before entering the water, the foundation is laid for calm and relaxed dives. It's not about performance, but about awareness, clarity, and presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Part 1: Relaxation in freediving with the help of yoga<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Gentle stretches, breathing exercises, and Yoga Nidra help release tension and calm the nervous system. During these practices, bodily signals are consciously perceived, and breathing is controlled. The yoga exercises are a perfect preparation for the subsequent mental exercises. You will learn, among other things, to consciously perceive and direct your thoughts in order to optimally prepare for your dive.
