Avidya (translated as ignorance)<br>2.) Asmita (translated with identification)<br>3.) Raga (translated as attachment)<br>4.) Dvesha (translated with dislike)<br>5.) Abhinivesha (translated as fear of death)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The yogis and yoginis assume that our minds are constantly oscillating between the two poles of aversion and attachment. In Yin Yoga online we will therefore focus on Klesha 3 and 4 and follow an appropriate sequence that uses physical exercises to explore this topic.
