Under a bright blue sky we will move and breathe. After my quarantine, I will start on July 8th, 2021 with the <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cancer_(Zodiac)\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Krebs_(Zodiaczeichen)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Zodiac sign Cancer<\/a>. Cancer is a water sign and is ruled by the moon. In the coming weeks, there will be a lot of discussion about the \u201cmoon\u201d and \u201ccrescent\u201d yoga poses. The pelvis comes to the fore in the practice, stretching the hip flexors, glutes and hip opening. In Anusara Yoga there are clear alignment principles that can be assigned to the elements. The so-called inner spiral is attributed to the element of water. The point is that the pelvis is widened for the time being, for this we let the inner thighs rotate inwards and stretch the buttocks backwards. There are an infinite number of postures that work well to illustrate this principle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If Parkyoga does not meet your expectations and you would rather practice indoors, but currently shy away from groups, then <a href=\"http:\/\/ninaraem.de\/en\/yoga-individuell\/\" data-type=\"URL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Individual lessons<\/a> certainly a good alternative for you.
