There is one last free <a href=\"http:\/\/ninaraem.de\/en\/orga\/online-weihnachtsyoga-am-24-12-2020\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/ \/ninaraem.de\/de\/orga\/online-weihnachtsyoga-am-24-12-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Christmas yoga class on December 24th, 2020<\/a>, my gift to all my faithful ones Students who carry me online through the pandemic. It continues on January 4th, 2021 with an hour dedicated to <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Capricorn_(Zodiac Sign)\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https: \/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Capricorn_(Signs of the Zodiac)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Capricorn<\/a>. Capricorn is an earth sign, so we will again focus on the feet and legs and the transition between legs and pelvis. There are an infinite number of attributes attributed to Capricorn, some of which are: regularity, discipline, status, work. Discipline is essential in yoga, because we will only benefit from practicing if we go to the yoga mat regularly.
