In the summer I will take on a lot of substitute hours in my old home base, the Berlin studio yogatribe. Summer replacements 2022 are a great thing for me. Working in Dahab in the winter, teaching in Berlin in the summer - it couldn't be better. The yogatribe is now the last yoga studio dedicated to Anusara Yoga. A somewhat sad development, the Vinyasa Flow has taken on the pioneering role in Berlin. Is that a positive development? Everyone has to decide that for themselves. I am still for diversity - also in yoga. In this sense: Yoga spectrum – unity in diversity.
