In addition to my Yin Yoga online class, there are always live classes with me in autumn and winter, starting March 2nd in my own garden. In small groups we will extensively stretch our fascia for 90 minutes. Yin Yoga is also particularly well suited as a yoga practice for freedivers. The mobilization of the upper body, the stretching of the diaphragm and the intercostal muscles play a particularly important role.
