The Power of Thought
Mental coaching is a form of mental training. Through the power of thought, which is strengthened through visualization, imagination and affirmation, people are able to change their entire perception, find clarity of thought in order to focus their goals precisely and solve their problems satisfactorily, among other things. Nervousness and possible states of anxiety before competitions can also be counteracted with mental training. In a first step, this happens mentally, in a second then in real life.
My offer is primarily aimed at athletes, especially freedivers due to my background as a freediver.
The sessions are individual sessions. At the beginning of each unit there is a relaxation exercise that initiates the coaching. Depending on the topic and goal definition, various mental training methods are used and applied in practice. A combination of mental and breathing coaching is also conceivable if desired. The coaching is very individual and can last from a single session to several weeks or months of cooperation.
For a combination of mental coaching and personal yoga please take a look HERE. The “Yoga MENTAL STRONG” format deals with the topic of stress. Various yoga elements such as yin yoga, yoga nidra and breathing exercises are practiced, which relieve stress and lower stress levels in general.
Individual sessions live in summer in Berlin and in autumn and winter in Dahab and online via zoom.
