On September 10th we will go to Brandenburg for a yoga workshop day. Yin and yang yoga will alternate, i.e. there will be a 90-minute yang yoga class upon arrival, then a break for a light breakfast together. A walking meditation is part of the break before continuing at around 3:30 p.m. with another two-hour yin yoga session. Here is the program as an overview:
9 a.m.: Arrival
10 a.m.: 90 mins. Yang yoga class
12 p.m.: Breakfast
2 p.m.: Walking meditation
3:30 p.m.: 120 min. Yin yoga class
6 p.m.: Dinner
