From 01. - 21.03.2021 we will go on a 3-week trip through Egypt. There will therefore be no yoga classes online in the live stream. But there are records for this period. They are associated with the sign of Pisces and primarily deal with the pelvis. Motto is "Go with the Flow", the Vinyasa aspect of Anusara Yoga will play a more important role than that of Iyengar Yoga. In February and the sign of Aquarius, the Ujjayi breath is practiced regularly, which is then used in the Pisces practice in order to adapt the yoga practice to the Vinyasa flow and to deepen the breath in general.
