Individual appointments

By making a binding appointment to use one of my services as a yoga teacher, freediving instructor or coach, you confirm that you are mentally healthy and that you do not have any physical limitations that would prevent you from participating in any of my offers. I, Nina Raem, as a teacher or coach, accept no liability for any damage that may arise in this regard.

Cancellation of an appointment on my part: 100% refund on my part
Cancellation by a student or client:
Cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment: 0% of the agreed price is due
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment: 50% of the agreed price is due
Short-term cancellations up to 4 hours before the appointment: 100% of the agreed price is due

Booking for e.g. training, retreats, trips

When booking one of my services as a yoga teacher, freediving instructor or coach for, among other things, training, retreats, travel events:

Cancellation of an appointment on my part: 100% refund on my part
Cancellation by the client:
Cancellation up to 28 days before the date: 0% of the agreed price is due
Cancellation 28 to 14 days before the appointment: 50% of the agreed price is due
Cancellation less than 14 days before the date: 80% of the agreed price is due
Short-term cancellations up to 72 hours before the appointment: 100% of the agreed price is due

The fee must be transferred to the following account no later than 14 days after invoicing:
