Open Water Coaching: better technique & more relaxation!

Are you looking for suitable coaching for your open water training? Are you a beginner and would like support with your dives? Or are you already advanced in your diving, perhaps already have a training program and are looking for mental strength?

My coaching sessions are aimed at freedivers who are new and would like to be introduced to deep diving. In addition, I offer experienced free divers mental training. Various methods from mental training such as visualizations, imaginations and affirmations are used to use the power of thoughts.

There are also relaxation exercises from yoga. A number of approaches can be pursued in Open Water Coaching:
1.) The Yin Yoga ensures the stretching of the deeper fascia and activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which relaxes us.
2.) Breathing exercises do not ensure optimal preparation for the lungs, but also regulate the nervous system, strengthen the immune system and, depending on which breathing techniques are chosen, they can also cleanse and energize the body.
3.) Yoga Nidra is a method of deep relaxation that can also be a great enrichment.
