The Easter holidays are just around the corner. The last Yin Yoga class will take place on Sunday, April 10th, 2022 and there will be a first Yin Yog class after the holidays on Sunday, April 24th, 2022. The yoga classes live in Dahab are also on break.
After the Easter holidays we go to the Signs of the Zodiac Taurus. Taurus is one of the earth signs along with Capricorn and Virgo. So it will be a lot about our feet and legs. An attribute attributed to Taurus is stability, i.e. we will focus on the second alignment principle in Anusara Yoga, called muscular energy. This energy manifests itself in the body as strength and is therefore opposed to organic energy, flexibility. These two principles form the basis of Anusara Yoga, all other principles such as the loops count as a refinement of the two basic principles.
