Due to the positive demand for Yin Yoga online, the 5-part course will continue on Sunday from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. until the end of April. 5 and 10 tickets as well as monthly subscriptions can be used for this. Like the Anusara yoga classes, the Yin yoga classes always refer to the sign of the zodiac in which the sun is currently located. At the end of February we will be in the Aquarius. Aquarius is one of the air signs along with Gemini and Libra. Backbends and exercises for the shoulders will be at the forefront of Yin Yoga practice.
